A:AnswerYou can control the lights over a 5g network once they're installed, but you cannot *install* the lights over a 5g wifi channel. You have to add and install each bulb while the bulb and your phone are connected to your 2g wifi channel.
A:AnswerI had the chance to visit the website and as long as you have proof of purchase and malfunctioning lighting then you should get a replacement. I doubt a refund!
