• No. The switch works with any light bulbs being used.

• No it works with a variety of bulbs preferably dimmer bulbs will work the best, they do not have to be smart bulbs.

• No you have the option of using our smart bulbs if you like or you can use Halogen, Incandescent, LED as long as the load does not exceed the rating of the switch. DIMMERS = LED 150watts / Halogen & Incandescent 450watts ON / OFF SWITCHES = LED 1.25a / Halogen & Incandescent 5a
