• It gives you one of those power adapters that you can plug a USB type A into. This switch can be powered via USB or the wall in this case. You have all the power requirements you need in the box.

• Yes, it comes with A/C adapter. It is just an extension of your router. It will automatically adjust to what your downline is capable of And a light indicating each speed. There is no switch to shut off ports if that’s' what you are looking for.
