• Yes. With the mydlink lite app you can operate the pan tilt zoom feature of each camera in Android. You can adjust the PTZ cameras and view the dvr (stored video) with another app called mydlink view, this one works with the DNR202L. For setup, configuration and editing the stored video you need a PC to access the mydlink website to download other tools.

• Yes you can. I own several network cameras, one of which is pan/tilt capable. You will need an app that supports the feature. I personally use tinyCam Pro. There is a free version though in the google apps store. Its a very useful tool for network cams so i decided to buy the full/Pro version.
