QuestionDoes Pan, Tilt, Zoom work well?I have been searching for home security cameras to purchase. I have read a lot of different reviews. I am attracted to this camera because it has Pan, Tilt and Zoom feature when most others DO NOT have this. Most are just a very wide viewing area. We will use this as a baby monitor, which is why we want pan, tilt, zoom and two way audio. HOW GOOD DOES THE PAN, TILT ZOOM WORK? Is it worth it?

- Answer depending on which model you choose---the tilt works well you do it on your phone, computer or i- touch device.you would slide your finger across the screen to tilt, or pan. If you try to zoom---it distorts the picture.

- Answer The range of your WIFI camera is the same range as a Laptop computer. If you can access your WIFI you can have your camera on it. I have mine about 30feet Away from my router

Questiondoes this take a SDXC or SDHC micro card?specs just says it takes a Micro SD card - it does not mention if it is SDXC or SDHC and what class also 4,6,10 etc.

QuestionWhat is the best way to secure this camera from being stolen.I have mine outside above my front door, I wanted to get some tips or ideas on how to prevent or deter someone from just walking up, smacking it with a blunt object and running off with it. Is there some sort of metal plates that can be drilled around the camera or perhaps a way to tie it down?

- Answer I am sure you already know this but: 1. Put it as high as possible 2. Have it record on a PC, not just the camera, and to a remote server like Google Drive so if the camera is stolen you will have a video of the theft and hopefully the thief. 3. Buy a dome vandal proof camera. 4. Have a second camera up high that has this camera in view so if someone messes with it, you will have it recorded. 5. If you want a great PC based DVR with lots of features, try Blue IRIS. It is AWESOME. Hope this helps...

QuestionHow does the Wifi work?We are looking to buy a outdoor surveillance camera for our camper. It is in a remote location and there is no wifi unless we are there to tether off our phones. How would this work? Any suggestions on a product that would be more fitting for this??

- Answer I am pretty sure that wifi is required for setup of this device. Don't think you can do it with out.
