• Yes - In fact, the performance is faster if you only have to stream video and not audio too.

• Yes, you may turn the audio playback on or off by navigating to the Live Video configuration panel and underneath the Live Video viewing screen is an Audio configuration settings button. Click on either of these buttons to turn the audio playback on and off. You may also refer to page 20 of the User Manual for these instructions. Thank you for choosing D-Link.

• The 5020L has a microphone, but not a speaker. You can hear what the camera is seeing, but you cannot talk back.

• I don't think so. Check with the DLink people to be sure. That's a great question. You also can't talk to someone in the camera area, although I believe there are baby cams that allow that.
