Hi, it doesn't cost anything at all. I have to say, no issues with the camera and my iPhone yet.

This allows you to view your camera's live feed remotely though a mobile device, tablet, and/or computer. There shouldn't be an issue with viewing from phones but if somehow you do encounter a difficulty, D-Link also offers free technical support 24/7. Our agents can be reached by calling 1-877-453-5465.
