I only have one camera so cannot answer your question, but if you set up 2 different accounts I imagine it might be possible. As far as network connect(cellular) I have a Samsung S4 & Tmobile no issues connecting when WiFi not available
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We want to thank you for your interest in the product. Please note that through my mydlink app, you will be able to view the feed from the multiple cameras. You need to make sure that each product is registered into the same mydlink account. Many users do not do this, and that is why they can only view the camera's feed over WiFi. In addition, there are features such as motion detection that will send you alerts from the perspective camera. If you ever run into any issues feel free to contact our technical support team for assistance by calling 1-877-453-5465. Thank you.

It will show you in the app which camera has a nose, motion, or temperature alert. As far as push notifications, I don't know how specific it will tell you. You can set up a d-link account to access over cellular or external wireless through an app, my mother in law always uses our iPad for the monitor.
