  • QuestionDoes this unit have a true simmer burner?

    • Answer The burners have 2 sets of holes - the top holes are your typical flames that adjust from low to high. When you turn them down below medium, those flames go off and there are little flames that come different little holes - which would en the simmer function.

  • QuestionDoes the finish rub off with cleaning?

    • Answer The brass finish rubs off just by using it. Very poor to add burner tops that don't function.
