• It does have wheel but they are very simply. Only rolls front and back, no side to side. You kind of have to lift it a little to move it around! There is a handle on each side. It's pretty light for a washer tho. :)

• No, it doesn't. Although this may sound like a small washer and it would fit in a right-sized closet, it isn't really easy to move around. It is designed to go in a permanent location.
