I originally bought a rolling cart to leave it on, but it was taking up too much space with the dishwasher on it so I now haul the dishwasher onto the cart whenever I want to use it. I would rather have an extender from the dishwasher to the sink if possible.”

The tubing included is pretty generic water tubing and it does come off of the adapter. I would remove the tubing and take it to Home Depot as they should be able to find you what you need. The only thing I would watch out for is if the tubing is too long on the counter, it may have trouble draining and could create a back-flow into the dishwasher. If your dishwasher stays consistently wet, you can have bacteria buildup or rust occur.
