The size of the unit and simplicity of hookup was perfect. The only prob I had was the first unit delivered was damaged upon arrival. (interior spray arm was broken) and had to be returned. This was resolved with a quick call to customer service. Return and redelivery was very fast. I'm very happy with this product overall and especially with the price.. I can fit alot in the unit and it cleans dishes just a good as a regular dishwasher.

This is a perfect dishwasher for rental apartments that do not provide it. It fits just the right amount of the dishes and it cleans beyond what I was expecting. It also has a drying cycle within its programs. It is easy to assemble and I would recomend it to everyone!

This baby does a great job and saves me so much time! I don't know why I didn't buy this earlier! Its great for me and my husband! The only complaints I would have would be that it doesn't have a drying feature, and it takes 2 hours and 20 minutes for the heaviest cycle. But this isnt a deal breaker for us! Be careful if taking the dishes out right after the cycle is complete those puppies are HOT! Don't waste time hand washing! BUY THIS PRODUCT!

I had been toying with the idea of buying a portable dishwasher for over a year since I have an old house with metal cabinets and no setup for a drop in dishwasher. I hate washing dishes by hand more than all chores combined including scrubbing the toilet. When I finally decided to take the plunge I went to best buy so that I could speak with an actual person. After the kind and patient Associate spent an hour helping me compare the various options I decided on the Danby because of the price point and other reviews. So far I am happy with my choice. It is a quiet machine that does just what the manufacturer promises. You MUST read and obey the instructions; especially in using a rinse aid. I only need to use mine twice a week. I have not experienced any problems with operating the machine. It has life easier for me and I am so grateful that I was able to get this dishwasher. I do recommend watching some installation videos as you have to make sure the faucet adapter fits properly. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the size is bigger than I envisioned. Overall it has been a worthwhile investment.

Obviously takes counter space but in my opinion well worth it. So nice to move on to other projects while the dishes are taken care of. Has done a fine job cleaning. I open the door slightly when complete as the directions suggest and they dry perfectly.

This smaller washer works just as well as a larger capacity washer. Even dented! It fits regular dinner plates and smallish cookware. I like the little shelf that will hold long spoons and small items. And the silverware holder keeps things from piling up on each other. I have not used all of the settings, as of yet, but the ones that I have work well! The only thing I dis-like is the hooking and unhooking from the sink faucet. But that is part of the package.

I have rheumatoid arthritis and washing dishes was becoming torture on me so I started looking for a dishwasher, as I'm renting a built in model was out and the portable ones were expensive and hard to find. I got this countertop model at a good price and it works great. I wish it was taller so it was more efficient, I have to wash some things by themselves because you cant stand them up you have to lay them flat and one pan fills the dishwasher when this happens. I've had mine just about 2 months and I love it, wish I would have bought one much sooner.

Let's just say since we've got this our kitchen is always clean lol. This dishwasher is a time saver and a back saver. It's very quiet & efficient, the interior is stainless steel & the shelves are moveable. Dishes comes out sparkling! Takes a little longer than i would like it too, but who cares I'm not doing them:-)

This is an excellent counter top dishwasher. It is very quite. I forgot it was even on until the water started to drain. I've read reviews stating, you need to use a rinse aid. The first time I used it I didn't have a rinse aid, but the detergent we had said something about a rinse aid in it already and they came out crystal clear. Second time I used it I used Finish Jet Dry rinse aid and same result. I wouldn't recommend using the Finish pods as I used that once and the pod didn't dissolve. The dishes were still clean but the pod didn't dissolve so it just doesn't make sense to use it.

For such a small dishwasher it packs quite a punch. I use it 1-2 times a week. It is as efficient as a full size dishwasher. I can use tabs or any kind of dishwasher detergent and it cleans perfectly. I have had no leaks. They come out sparkling.

Before this arrived, it seemed like we were doing dishes all day long on the weekends. This Danby is great! The dishes come out cleaner than when we did them by hand, it's quiet enough that we can still talk in the kitchen, and we're saving a lot of unpleasant time. One curious thing is that the first one arrived with a giant dent on the side even though the box was not damaged. But BestBuy sent us a new one right away and paid for the return shipping of the bad one, so it all worked out in the end.

I bought this dishwasher in 2012. It broke in 2015 but I had the protection plan and I got my money back and bought it again. It fits in my small kitchen great never leaked and since it's covered completely with the protection plan I do worry.

This is a great appliance for the price. So far it's been great. I did purchase the extended warranty cause I was not familiar with the manufacture of the appliance but no problems so far. It's very easy to set up and is great for those you don't want a regular sized portable dishwasher. This dishwasher is just as effective and way cheaper. I'd highly recommend it.

My dishwasher showed up well before the delivery due date. It washes really well however the drying cycle isn't anything to write home about. Well worth the investment though.

This is the third Danby countertop dishwasher that I've bought. It cleans great with just rinsing off beforehand, there's an ample cycle selection and I like the push button feature. The stainless steel interior was a selling feature as is the low water use, about 3 gallons for a normal cycle. I do wish it had an air dry option however. I was able to lift it onto the counter myself so it's a little lighter in weight than my previous models, this is a good thing. Setup is very easy although the interior did have that odd chemical-plastic smell at first but that has dissipated with use. It arrived dented on the sides and in the back which is the fault of the shipper not the manufacturer. Since this shouldn't impair function, I didn't return it. I've used it many times for regular and heavy duty loads and have nothing but compliments on its performance.

Bought this for my daughter who lives in an older apartment with no space for a regular dishwasher. She reports than not only does it get the dishes and glasses clean (and she is very picky about spotted glasses) but that is has pretty much eliminated arguments between her sons about whose turn it is to do the dishes.. Fine product that does what it is intended and was easy to hook up.

I've been without a dishwasher for 9 years and was desperate for one once I learned about countertop dishwashers. This one is great and fits so many dishes! It cleans really well too, though at the end of the cycle it does beep rather loudly.

The dishwasher was too big to fit under our counters and too big to go on top of our washer. It has quality construction and works well.

Works great for a couple or single person .only other thing it needs is a geani to load and unload

He doesn't hold a ton of stuff but for one or two people, it gets the job done. It takes like two seconds to set up and gets dishes really clean.
