QuestionHow much does the freezer itself weigh? Also, can we put it on the deck if it's under a roof?

- Answer Hello Lisakit, This freezer weighs approximately 121.25 lbs (55kg) but it should be noted that is without any frozen items inside. When choosing a place for you freezer please make sure the flooring will support not just the freezer but the items inside as well. Although this freezer is rated as Garage Ready it is not advised that it be placed outside of an enclosure. Kind regards, Blaire

QuestionWhat are the dimensions of the shelves length width and depth and the dimension of the last bottom shelf as well. How deep are the shelve on the door. Also is this manual defrost

- Answer Hello David, Thank you for your question. The shelves are approximately 13 inches deep by 17.5 inches wide. This unit requires a manual defrost and that is recommended when the frost reached 0.25 inches deep. Regards Ann
