Hello Butcherguy, Thank you for your question. The temperature range for the DUFM085A4WDD is from approximately 10.4F to -11.2F (-12C to -24C). Unfortunately we do not have the information on how long it will take to freeze 50lbs of ground beef as there are multiple factors involved such as the number of packages per shelf and how they are placed.
