A:AnswerThe chrome book comes with a gmail account but since outlook is web based email I think you should be able to access outlook using the chrome browser. I have outlook but have not tried to access it with the chrome book since I also have gmail.

A:AnswerUse Google apps. (Docs, Sheets, etc.) You can save them as the formats you are asking about as needed, or just share them with others easily. I hardly ever use MS Office any more.

A:AnswerFor my needs an actual laptop with CD dvd drive better for me. I have homework DVD assignments sometimes. But for Chromebook I can purchase a drive for $49.99 from Best Buy. My iTune won’t work on my Chromebook for to save photos and apps off of my phone it is app that will save my music and videos. That was a disappointment
