• Yup. Super easy, just unscrew the case, unsure the HDD, and pop in the new SSD. Before you do, make sure to create the Win10 install media and upgrade to Win10 before you swap the drive so the serial # is in the motherboard ...

• It's several screws on the bottom, but the HDD looks to be user replaceable.

• The actual swapping is not difficult. Managing the re-installation of the OS is the most complex and may require the assistance of a technician (would suggest Geek Squad if help needed).
