• Almost identical except the Dell has a 1080p screen, which I think is big advantage.

• If the ASUS had a 1080P screen then id choose the ASUS hands down. I love ASUS products and use their parts in my PC builds all the time. However the Dell has a 1080P screen and is a tad lighter. So id choose the Dell.
