“Does a blue tooth mouse work consistently with this one? I have a 10" Inspiron, the 3147, that has a problem, with working with my Microsoft blue tooth mouse, in that it is intermittent. This problem has gone on for more than 6 moths, and ever since I bought the computer, new, in December of last year. It has been back to the Dell repair 3 times, and two different service technicians have come to my house, but no one is able to get it working, not to mention countless hours and days on the phone with Dell technical support. It appears that Dell did not test the computer with a blue tooth mouse, and manufactured, etc., it without adequately testing it. So, I, the customer, have got a lemon. Dell sent me a refurbished one, and it has the same problem. Did Dell do a better job with this one, or is it more of the same? I have other computers with Windows 8.1, and blue tooth built in, that all work, all of the time, with my blue tooth mouse.”
