“Unable to recognizing available wifi connections. I continue to lose Internet connect. At times the computer is inable to recognize available wifi connections that my iPAd, phone and old laptop are able to connect to. I have repeatedly called Dell about this. 1st call they told me it was a Windows 10 issue. Took an hour for them to walk me through reinstalling the driver. Today had a 2nd phone call to Dell tech support. I was told these computers can have a bad network card and it would need to be replaced. Ugh! I am thinking of returning to Best Buy.”

My new dell laptop has the same problem, but the problem is missing after I have updated the driver of wi-fi network card.

It just happened last evening. Thanks for posting your comments- I will look into the network card replacement. I have purchased many laptops before and never had one with issues that happened so quickly after purchase.
