Yes, it has a fan. No, it’s unlikely anyone can point you to a gaming laptop without a fan: if you don’t have sufficient cooling, the CPU and GPU will need to underclock once the machine has been doing enough heavy processing, and that, too, will be a poor experience. Intel and AMD processors (especially for gamer markets) are not optimized for running at lower power and thus waste heat output: you get CPU throughput at a high energy cost. The Apple laptops (of which only the MacBook Air has no fan) use SoCs (System on a Chip) primarily optimized for power efficiency and can thus perform very well at a lower power, but may not get quite as much performance for CPU/GPU throughput because they don’t run them as close to the edge. Even the MacBook Air underclocks if you push it hard enough, long enough.
