QuestionJust bought the laptop! When gaming, and on charge, I noticed the battery is EXTREMELY hot. Like so hot, that if I hold my hand on the battery (above the keyboard) it hurts/burns. I don't want the battery to explode or get damaged. Is this normal?

- Answer That is normal, what you are actually feeling above the keyboard are the temps from the video card and CPU, the systems thermal protection keeps them from getting damaged, but it still pretty hot but safe. The battery is below the keyboard, about under the touchpad. I have never felt it hot there.

- Answer I bought this for my son for gaming. He usually has it plugged in while using it. As far as noise, I’ve never heard it while in use, so I’d have to say the fan is quiet. Sorry couldn’t give a better answer but hope this helps some.

- Answer If you pick up the computer from the store and bring it home you would then have the ability to install Windows 10 Pro. You would need to purchase that version, of course. If you order it online there may be a customize option (I'm not certain on that) but that would possibly be an option. Or if you get it in the store you could stop by the Geek Squad desk and I'm sure they would do it for you if you didn't want to mess with the install part.

QuestionI'm planning to buy this laptop and I've already bought a 2.5 ssd 1TB (Sandisk). But I don't rly know if this will work with it. And do u need to back up files? Im only replacing the SSD, because 1TB HDD is good to me. Newbie here.

- Answer No it won't. The SSD is an M.2 NVME drive, completely different configuration than a 2.5 and about three times faster. My best right compendation would be to return the one you already purchased for an m.2 drive

- Answer Performs very well with photoshop and Lightroom. Personally I prefer my MAC desktop for photoshop but this is a very fast laptop.
