- Answer Chrome book has its own word app. If you have a Microsoft office download it will not work. I kept getting an error message. I was bummed due to myself having the family one. Had to return the chromebook.

QuestionI want to know why you are advertising this item and will receive it by Deceber 12, 2018 when I ordered mine on November 21, 2018 and received a e-mail stating I may not receive it for Christmas. This is false advertisement.

QuestionCan this be out on a smart TV screen with Bluetooth?

- Answer Bluetooth is for audio. Yes you can connect to a bluetooth device from Chromebook. However, to stream videos, you need to connect using an HDMI cable to your smart TV. This laptop doesn't have wireless screen share so you need to connect using HDMI. Which is what I do.

- Answer its not ideal for gaming, but it should be alright for very light gaming, remember this is running Chrome OS with only 4GB of RAM if your gonna game make sure you dont have any programs running in the back round

- Answer Yes, you can add an external DVD RW using the usb ports, but there are limitations. - Answer Attempted to download roblox and scrap mechanics. This laptop is very limited. Had to return for my son to play his games on. I googled prior to returning and there is a way to hack for downloads. I believe this shouldn't me a hassle on a laptop.
