It comes with Windows 10 Home preinstalled. You will need to purchase the upgrade to Pro. If you are replacing a computer that already had Pro, the license can be transferred. I have upgraded several PC's to to Windows 10 Pro, and I have not had any issues with drivers. I have not tried a clean reinstall on this laptop, but I have performed clean installs on Dell products before. Installing drivers was a separate process. The network card does not support 5G, there is no built in support for cellular networks. It will connect to WI-FI.
