Includes port for mouse, plug in for headphones and external speakers(3.5mm) that all fit the Gateway. Is there a plug mouse, headphone, and/or desktop speaker for these that would fit the new laptop or is Bluetooth my only option (Dell came with Bluetooth)?”

The Dell comes with Bluetooth, and a 3.5mm port for headphones or speakers. It has USB ports for a new-style wired Mouse. I do not know what kind of plug is on your old mouse. I personally use a Microsoft 4000 wireless mouse that uses a dongle. It is as good as any wired mouse I have used and it gives me more freedom. I have a Microsoft Bluetooth wireless mouse that sits in a drawer. I avoid it now because it is way too slow and glitches.
