A:AnswerYou have to access it by removing all of the screws from the bottom, popping up the keyboard carefully, and unscrewing those screws as well, and then gently prying the pieces apart starting at the front of the laptop. Very difficult if you're not careful.

A:AnswerYes, the battery can be replaced &the laptop comes pre-installed with an app called 3D Builder than you can use to create different models/buildings. Should be strong enough to run other autocad programs as well. Hope this is helpful
