Yes. It's actually pretty simple. There is a normal 2.5 inch drive connector and carry cage available and they even provide 4 screws to attach the 2.5 inch drive to the carrier. Just mount the drive and attach the standard connector and put the cage back in place with the screws. The dell website service manual shows you how to remove the base and there are YouTube videos also. Just remove the screws and carefully pry the base off. Took me about 20 mins total to install so extra storage. RAM and replacing the PCIe SSD also very easy. Everything is very accessible from underneath with the base removed.
