I wouldn’t try to install call XP directly on this laptop or any new laptop but I would recommend installing a virtual machine like virtualbox. I did it but also I had access to a Windows XP license. With virtualbox it is simply an icon on your windows 10 desktop which launches a window of windows XP and in its entirety it actually boots up a Windows XP desktop and you shut it down just like you do windows XP. in the little box running do it doesn’t know that it’s running inside of a windows 10 operating system. You can set up a shared folder or share a usb drive or dvd drive that allows you to pass files between the windows XP environment and the windows 10 environment. For people who don’t have an XP license it’s possible to run the virtual XP for 30 days and then when it expires simply re-create the virtual XP again and use it for another 30 days. See YouTube for instructions. Good luck!
