Please get in touch with the Dell technical support team or Geek squad for assistance regarding the issue with your microphone. This could be a software issue or driver issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Act as though you are joining a meeting. After you put your password, it will come up under join, test. Touch test and look at all of your settings, maybe something there is interfering. I hope that will be of help to you.
