• Yes, it is available to upgrade to windows 10 if you have not figured that out yet! I just updated mine.

• Surely it can be upgrade to Windows-10 for free(if currently you are having Windows 7/8/8.1). Even HP Stream with less configuration then this getting Windows 10 upgrade. This is pretty enough configuration for Windows 10. Enable Windows Automatic Update it will show update to Windows 10 option once all the updates are installed.
