• There are 2 dram slots in the machine, currently one has a 4Gb part and the other has a 2 Gb part. So yes it is upgradeable but you sill have to remove one or both of the existing parts. The gotcha is that the entire based of the unit needs to be removed to update/replace either the dram and/or the hard disk. It is strongly recommend to use phone/tablet disassemble tools because there are more than screws holding it together. There are videos on youtube showing how to disassemble.
