• No it does not; this didn't work for us. See Dell manual and the note about aluminum chassis or discrete graphics card being required for this functionality to be available/included: https://www.dell.com/support/manuals/en-us/inspiron-15-3530-laptop/inspiron_3530_rpl_om/external-ports-and-slots?guid=guid-b8f739cc-a41e-4ac9-b3f8-ff6d9c6d8c19&lang=en-us
