- Answer This has a free 30 day trial of Office 365 out of the box, but you would need to pay to keep it going after that. You can also purchase stand alone Office software packages by download that are not subscription based, but this is separate, of course. Most of the other software might be available through the Microsoft Store as an app, and there might be a fee or there might not be, depending on software.

- Answer Hello! You will need to get an external reader, such as a Power CD+G Player to read a CD+G. Be sure to check this laptops input ports for capability.

QuestionHow do I get warranty work performed? The Bluetooth on/off toggle has disappeared, and now says "this device is not Bluetooth capable". Updated all related drivers, all the usual steps, with no luck. Tired of troubleshooting. Purchased in July 2020.
