This has a free 30 day trial of Office 365 out of the box, but you would need to pay to keep it going after that. You can also purchase stand alone Office software packages by download that are not subscription based, but this is separate, of course. Most of the other software might be available through the Microsoft Store as an app, and there might be a fee or there might not be, depending on software.
