Had video problem on 4k screen and called Dell about the problem, read online about it and mentioned it to Dell Tech that I thought it might be a video driver, they checked my computer and downloaded a new driver and installed it for me.. Works great now....
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Had the same issue the Intel 520 Graphics card needs to be updated. It was on 7/2015. Needs to be update to latest version It can be done from device manager or by going to Dells Website for drivers. As of this posting Driver Version 20.19.15.4300 from 10/1/2015 Haven't seen the issue after updating. Will post back if I do.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I posted a solution to this before that I thought worked. But then the issue reappeared. Appears to be a faulty driver for the Intel HD 520 video driver and even with Dells latest driver your will get the crash message.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, this is the reason I returned the product. If you move the mouse to the edge of the screen it flickers. I downloaded the latest Flash player and it would not go full screen and had playback issues (that I do not experience with my 7 year old computer on the same Wifi network). This issues all occurred prior to adding personal files and only downloading a handful of programs.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. When I'm streaming videos It looks like it plays it at a really low frame rate and the Display Driver is always randomly crashing. At least those some of the problems I've had so far.
