QuestionIhave this laptop for a week and the OS freeze when usb is plugged in. Ran hardware scan, all is working fine, updated the bios and drivers, and any other update I can think of that Dell app recommends. It happened several times and is intermittent.

QuestionI am returning to school and use heavy 3D modeling, rendering, and CAD softwares on a daily basis. I got this because I would really like the 2-in-1 features for 2d artwork, but will this computer be able to handle 3D programs with only the 16GB RAM?

- Answer I'm a engineering student and have been using solidworks and AutoCAD on a daily basis and so far it has handled it really well. I'm not sure if the weight of the laptop matters to you or not, but just keep in mind that this laptop is a little heavy.

- Answer touch screen or on screen keyboard can be added any computer including non-touch one. For this laptop, it is the same. Even better feature on this laptop is, when you switch to tablet mode and are touch on text areas a virtual keyboard will automatically show up, you can also bring it up by using the keyboard icon on the right side of the taskbar.
