“Is the backlit keyboard the "outside" type, or the "inside" where the digit/letter is really lighted up????”

• The lighting is on the 'inside'. The keys are designed such that the light is shown through the letters/numbers on the keys.

• It's inside. Only the actual letters light up with very minimal light visible in the edges around the keys
