QuestionHow long does battery last?

- Answer I unplugged my laptop at 4:21 pm and got the low battery notice at 7:44pm. When I plugged in, my battery was at 6%.

- Answer There was a special when I bought my laptop. It came with a pen (stylus), a Bamboo Ink. I absolutely hate it. After I stop using the pen, I can't use the keyboard. I can't type or do anything. It'll reset after a while, or, you can reboot the laptop. But, who has time for that. I called Bamboo's tech support and they offered zero assistance as to why this happens and no resolution.

- Answer I don’t see why you couldn’t. It is really fast if you install an ssd and should last a long time. The 8th gen Intel i7-8550u is about the quickest out there right now, unless you go non mobile platform like a desktop.

- Answer It comes with a trial version of Office 365. It lasts for about 2-weeks, maybe. You'll need to purchase a subscription or buy it outright.

- Answer So it has a i7-8550u processor. Which is 1.8ghz with a 4.0ghz turbo and a 15watt processor (mobile) instead of a 45watt processor (desktop). So it not as fast as my desktop even though it’s 2 generations newer. However, it is intels first true mobile quad core and is really fast for the power usage. I find it does most things my desktop can do

- Answer 45 watt. You can buy a 65 watt one from dell or a generic 65watt one online if you want.

- Answer Yes you can add an ssd as long as it’s m.2 card. It will take sata or pcie per specs, pcie m.2 ssd like an Samsung 960 evo will be the quickest for the money. You can upgrade to any version of Windows you want, be prepared to pay Microsoft money though.

- Answer I have the Inspiron 7573 with 12gb, it had the 2 tb Toshiba 5200RPM drive in it. I replaced this drive with the Samsung 860 M.2 500gb. I think that 2TB is a waste on a laptop anyway. This PC transformed into a very responsive zippy laptop. Out of the box it took at lease 15 to 20 minutes to get all updated and settle down. Then the boot up time was about 2 minutes (WHAH??????). The responsiveness was bad also. Just slow for an I-7 laptop. After the drive change it boots up in about 17 seconds. It now is very responsive. Internet is fast and usable. Why DELL would ever choke down a product like this is beyond my comprehension. They should sell this model with at least a 120GM M.2 installed. Their cost for that would be comparable. I really think they made a bad choice putting that slow SLOWWW drive in this laptop. Bottom Line: Yes this is a good drive for the Inspiron 7000 series laptop. 250 GB is plenty for a laptop. IF you need more space you could leave the 2TB drive in but boot on the 250 SSD. I wound up putting an old Agility 250GB ssd, I had laying around, into the 2.5 inch slot. The 2tb is laying on my desk (Useless). I just back up my user files on the Agility periodically.

- Answer Not familiar with that specific brand/model. However they all require a fully charge battery. Like raising a kid, train them how you want them to be. No shortcuts

- Answer I had the same problem: I switched the BIOS boot option to boot from the 960 EVO (and even removed the HDD option), but it booted to the original hard drive. I fixed it by going into disk management (right click on start), right click the new drive at the bottom, and set it to "Online." It should be recognized then, and after a reboot it'll cruise! (I had already installed the driver and cloned the hard drive by this point.)
