“Is the touchscreen can be used for design purposes like drawing, etc and if so, which program should I use? I like the Adobe Photoshop Sketch for IPAD, is there something similar for DELL? Would I need to buy a stylus pen or can I use my fingers? Thanks”

• I bought this computer a month ago. I have done quite a bit of research but so far I have not been able to find a stylus pen that would work with this, nor a program allowing to use my fingers..
