After owning this computer 1 1/2 months it completely died. Waiting for parts for Dell to repair. Parts not in stock. Now I will own a new refurbished computer. That is when they fix it. I think since I've owned it such a short time they should exchange it for a new one! Very unhappy.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought this computer as an open box. Basic computer knowledge says it shouldn't make a difference that is an open item. As long as it was factory restored, there should be nothing that the previous owner could have done that will affect you. However mine felt a bit slow and I ended changing it for a new model with an I5 processor instead and I'm happy with it.
