There are a couple of ways you maybe able to increase the memory. First you have to open the desktop computer's side. Be aware that once you open the case you may void the Dell warranty. Once the desktop is open you will have to check to see if there is any slots open on the motherboard for additional memory. If there is no open slot for additional memory. Then you will have to either call Dell. Or, go to there website for accessories to see if they make a larger memory chip.
