• The Inspiron 5400 is a slightly upgraded model with higher RAM(32 GB) and SSD Storage(2 TB) than 5490 (16 GB and 1 TB respectively). Also, 5400 comes with the options for Intel Iris Xe graphics or NVIDIA GeForce MX 330 but the options in 5490 are Intel UHD Graphics 620 or NVIDIA MX110. With respect of Bluetooth connectivity 5400 comes with 5.1 connectivity while 5490 comes with 5.0.
