A:Answer Any computer's data storage can be loaded with whatever software you want. If you have need of true server type activity, you might consider the AMD FX-8350 with water cooling. They are particularly stable (the 9XXX series is super fast but stability can be a problem for a business that wants reliability first, speed second). It uses DDR3 which is cheaper. For sorting and compiling, the typical business software will access all eight cores equally and fly through the work. The FX-8350 is considered to be the small businessman's answer to a plethora of overpriced business servers with Intel's overpriced Xeon processors. If you have real volume and a real big need, then they can earn their cost.
On the other hand, if the type of computing you do is mainly browsing the internet, e-mail, outlook, and Microsoft Office, I would suggest Windows 7 Professional. available in DVD for $99, maybe less and Windows 10 Professional, available for $139 or so. I've had both and I know all the complaints you hear about Win 10. Some of that is just resistance to change. It is faster on an old computer than Windows 7 and it does a lot to recall your personal preferences on the internet and messages to others. Boot up time is very quick with just a hard drive and no SSD, Win10 creates a special cache to read for boot up. 30 seconds is quick enough. Win 7 will be supported until 2020 and Win 10 until 2028 or so.
