The graphics card is a standard PCIE-x16 expansion slot, so any card that meets that specification can go into the computer, no matter the vendor. The motherboard will only accept AMD processors and may be created in a way that it will only support the Ryzen 7, but I'm not able look up the motherboard specs at the moment to be able to say for sure.
