If your hotspot broadcasts a WiFi signal, it most definitely can. As should be expected, it isn’t connected to cellular network. The wiring is good enough for shipping, especially when you consider that it’s a mass made desktop. The packaging is great for shipping. The tower is placed into plastic/foam braces within the cardboard box. It should be very safe in transit.
