Yep, I did the same thing. I used the 2nd PCIe 16x port to install another RX 580. As long as you have the current Radeon Crimson software the Crossfire function works perfectly. WARNING -- The air circulation in this case is poor. When running the 2nd GPU you can expect the 1st GPU to reach higher temperatures than the 2nd one. Air will not flow in the narrow gap between the two cards well enough to pull out the hot air.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not opened up my PC however I am sure there will be an additional slot which appears to be an identical slot to your current video card is in. Simply plug the second video card, which should be any identical to original card, into next slot hook up both monitors and Win 10 Should rock and roll and Auto Install dual monitor support that should allow mouse to be moved across screens , left to right and back, without errors. I have done before with Win 7 about 2 years ago. Should work with 10 no problems. If you can stop by a Barns and Noble and look up multi-monitor support in the book Microsoft press Windows 10 Inside Out second edition. Actually I just purchased that book yesterday and will receive on the 27th so I could answer you then. Send me email reminder with mention of info required and I'll get back when I can. Mike R.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yep, it can hold two GPUs
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It has an extra PCIe slot and space on the case for another GPU. You might have to change the power supply though, as I don't think the 460W PSU will be able to handle two RX 580s.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Forgot to mention, you will need to upgrade the power supply to at least a 650w if you add a 2nd GPU. The 460W doesn't give enough power to run both smoothly. I had an extra 650W laying around, put it in, and it fixed my graphics issue.
