Not really, but the reference RX 580 does get a bit loud under load so you may or may not find that a bigger issue than temperatures. Mine usually hovers between 67-72 C but can get pretty close to 80 C. You could probably keep it cooler by adjusting the fan speeds but the noise increase just isn't worth it for me.
