“Can this desktop be used with a wireless printer? Bought for parents. When plugged printer in, it says it needs a USB 3.0 and the printer is apparently set for 2.0. Looking to buy new printer and found wireless i liked, but not sure if it will work with this desktop.”

Yes - you can use this with any wired or wireless printer. The notification of the speed is just saying that it's a non-high speed device plugged into the 3.0 port. Try one of the other USB ports since I think there are 4 total and only 2 actual USB 3.0 (the rest are 2.0).
