• When I opened mine I didn't have an option to choose 7.

• You are correct , either 7or 10 is available .

• Its preloaded with 10, you could go back to a previous version but not recommended

• Just download Classic Shell and install it. Classic Shell will allow you to run Win 10 with a Win 7 ect. interface. It is free.
