Q: QuestionWouldn’t rip cd, then reset to factory, Tried to rip my soundtracks & Chinese letters and sometimes sexual titles pop up as the title of songs I’m ripping.I’ve turned off getting info from internet,and still having some problems.Do I need to exchange?new!
