Affordable and have perfomance no problems and Dell 14 inch refurbished is in great condition and has a warranty

You could ask them typical reasons for refurbishing. This company is in N.J. I just bought a refurbished Dell Lattitude laptop from Best Buy. The only problem I have had so far was that it would not turn on one morning. I called the Geek Squad at Best Buy who suggested I bring it in. I brought it to the store. The Geek Squad man just had to do what is called a "Power Cycle" where they remove the battery from under the laptop (easy to do), then hold down on the start button for one minute to drain any leftover power, then reinstall the battery. It has worked good ever since. The specs for this laptop said battery life was 5 hours. You can take that with a grain of salt. I was only getting 2-3 hours out of the battery that came with the laptop so I had Planitroi send me a new battery. The new one does not hold charge more than 3 hours when you are constantly using the PC, so I think that may be the actual normal battery life for these laptops. It depends on how hard you are using it probably.
